Movie Trilogy

The Planet Can’t End In 2012 Because That’s When Star Wars 3-d Comes Out

There is no try, only do or don’t, and do book the date for “Star Wars 3D”. Digital 3-dimensional formatting is going to get applied to each “Star Wars” motion picture within the series. It will take awhile though. The first is not due out until 2012. The releases, which aren’t set in stone yet, could be in story order. The last three films that could be released within the 3-dimensional run could be the original trilogy, so the prequels will naturally be first. Every person waiting around to view ‘Star Wars’ in 3-dimensional

Three dimensional film illusions are what Hollywood is most known for at present. The biggest hits in the last few years are “Avatar” and “Clash of the Titans.” These were both released in two dimensions and three dimensions. Now that the technology is accessible, George Lucas and Industrial Light and Magic have decided to give “Star Wars” the 3-dimensional treatment. Lucas film said, The Telegraph reports, that the job will not be done super quickly. The series is iconic, and every achievable detail could be scrutinized so the new three dimensional presentations will only improve upon the series.

2012 could be the very first one

“Episode 1: The Phantom Menace” could be the first “Star Wars 3-D” movie to be launched. The chronological order of the story will be followed as the series is released. There is no exact launch date set yet. The goal is to have it released in 2012. George Lucas is not quite sure about all this 3-d engineering nevertheless. This is what The Hollywood Reporter says. However, viewing the film “Avatar” changed his mind. There isn’t really any word on how long it will be between releases.

Got to get all theaters to take in the technology

There aren’t too numerous theaters that have 3-D capabilities right now. Each year more and more movie theaters get 3-dimensional capabilities. In fact, there are about 500 each year changing. This technology is blossoming into its adolescence as more films are released in 3-D. It is not known whether “Indiana Jones” or the “Clone Wars” DVD series will get 3-d updates for theatrical release.
